An RFC user is required in client 000 for the replication and realignment queues.

Procedure

  1. Logon to the SAP CRM system.

  2. Access the activity using one of the following navigation options:

    • Call transaction code SU01.

    • In the SAP CRM GUI menu, choose   Architecture and Technology   System Administration   User Maintenance   Users  .

  3. In the User field, enter CRMMID2CRM.

  4. Choose Create.

  5. In the Address tab page, enter the following data:

    • In the Last Name field, enter CRMMID2CRM

    • In the Function field, enter Default-User for RFC connection

  6. In the Logon data tab page, enter the following data:

    • Under User type, choose System.

    • Under Password, enter <your password>.

  7. In the Defaults tab page, in the Logon Language field, enter EN.

  8. In the Profiles tab page, in the Profile column, enter SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW.

  9. Save your entries.

    The system user CRMMID2CRM is created with the initial password LOGIN.

Note Note

The user has the profiles SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW assigned, which gives full authorization rights. If this authorization is not applicable to your project you can restrict the rights of this user according to SAP Note 0338537.
