Managing Secure Store Data
This procedure enables you to administer the secure store data of the J2EE Engine system. This data is related to database and Visual Administrator connection settings. Also, you can provide additional encryption of the secure store content.
To
manage the secure store, choose
Secure Store from
the tree in the left-hand side of the frame.

Ecrypt the secure storage |
... 1. Make sure your engine is provided with the IAIK package. 2. Make sure your JDK is provided with JCE Unlimited Strength Jurisdiction Policy Files from SUN and are installed on each used JRE. 3. If step 1 and step 2 are fulfilled, the Encrypt button is enabled. Choose it to encrypt the secure store content. 4. Enter a key phrase for encrypting and choose OK. |
Change key phrase |
If the secure store content is already encrypted, Change Key Phrase button is displayed. Choose it. ... 1. Enter the new key phrase. 2. In the dialog window displayed, enter Key Phrase. Choose OK. 3. Choose File → Apply The change will take effect after you restart the cluster. |
Re-encrypt the secure store data |
... 1. Choose File → Reencrypt Secure Content 2. Choose File → Apply |
Edit the secure store data |
Select a property, edit its value, and choose Add. |
Remove a property |
Select a property key and choose Remove. |
