Use

You must configure the symbol (or the string) that is to be used in request URLs to separate the application zone identifier from the application alias. This string can be of an arbitrary length.

Procedure

You configure the zone separator using a property of the HTTP Provider Service. Proceed as follows using the Visual Administrator tool:

       1.      Open the Properties tab of the HTTP Provider Service running on the server process.

       2.      Edit the value of the ZoneSeparator property.

       3.      Choose Update to add it to the list of properties.

       4.      Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text (Save Properties) to save your changes.
