Editing Application References 

Use

You can specify references to other applications, libraries, services, or interfaces. By doing this, an application can reuse the resources of existing components. For more information, see Application References.

For the DTD, see application-j2ee-engine.dtd.

Prerequisites

You have opened the multipage editor. See Editing application-j2ee-engine.xml.

Procedure

Adding References

       1.      Choose the General tab and select the References node.

       2.      Choose Add.

       3.      If you want to specify a new reference, choose Create new.

If you want to select from a list, choose Select library/interface/service or Select application as appropriate. When you have selected, choose OK.

       4.      In the entry fields that have appeared to the right in the pane, enter the required information.

Removing References

       1.      Choose the General tab.

       2.      Under the References node, select the reference.

       3.      Choose Remove.
