Procedure

  1. Logon to the SAP CRM Client 000.

  2. Access the activity using one of the following navigation options:

    • Call transaction SM59.

    • In the SAP CRM IMG menu, choose   Customer Relationship Management   CRM Middleware and Related Components   Communication Setup   Define RFC Destinations  .

  3. Choose Create.

  4. Enter the following data:

    • In the RFC Destination field, enter SAPCRM_MW_RR_000.

    • In the Connection Type field, enter L.

    • In the Description field, enter Processing R&R queues – client 000.

  5. Choose Enter.

  6. On the Logon & Security tab page, enter the following:

    • In the Client field, enter 000.

    • In the User field, enter CRM2CRMMID.

    • In the Password field, enter <your password>.

  7. Save your entries.
