The RFC user in client 000 is required for replication and realignment queues.

Procedure

  1. Logon to client 000 in the CRM system:

    • Call transaction code SU01.

    • In the SAP ERP GUI menu,   Tools   Administration   User Maintenance   Users  .

  2. In the User field, enter CRM2CRMMID.

  3. Choose Create (F8).
