Configuring and Activating the Administrative SLD 

Use

In this configuration task, you perform the basic configuration of the administrative SLD. This includes the configuring and starting of both the Object Server and the Data Supplier Bridge.

You can only perform this task if the administrative SLD is running in CEN (as we recommend).

Procedure

In the SAP NetWeaver Administrator of CEN, do the following:

...

       1.      From the top-level navigation, choose Deploy and Change → Configuration Wizard.

       2.      In the Configuration Tasks screen area, select NWA_01_This wizard will execute configuration for local SLD from the task list.

       3.      In the upper left-hand Configurations Task screen area, choose Start.

       4.      In the SLD Data screen area, enter the connection data for the administrative SLD.

Input Field	Description
SLD Host SLD Port	Access data for the SLD (host and port).
SLD Administration User Password	Name/password of an administrator in the SLD.
Java System ID	System ID of CEN.
SLD Gateway Service	Service of a gateway (sapgw<System No.>). Use the CEN gateway.

       5.      Choose Next.

       6.      After the execution of the task has finished successfully, choose Return to task list to return to the Configuration Task screen.
