The data flow between the ECC system and the CRM system requires that the CRM release is declared in the ECC system.

Procedure

  1. Logon to the SAP ECC system.

  2. Access the activity using one of the following navigation options:

    • Call transaction SM30.

    • In the SAP ECC menu, choose   System   Services   Table Maintenance   Extended Table Maintenance  .

  3. In the Table/view field, enter the table name CRMPAROLTP.

  4. Choose Maintain.

  5. Choose New Entries.

  6. In the Parameter Name field, enter CRM_RELEASE.

  7. In the Parameter.Value field, enter 500.

  8. Choose Save.
