This query shows the budget manager all FM account assignments (combination of commitment item, funds center and fund) of an FM area in which overall budget or commitments/actuals were posted in the payment budget. The distributable budget, the budget already assigned from it, the available budget as well as the commitments/actuals are displayed in the columns.

Please note that the assigned funds are each displayed in the FM account assignment in which the budget for the assigned fund was located. The FM account assignment can differentiate itself from the FM account assignment posted to. Commitments/Actuals, on the other hand, are always displayed in the FM account assignment posted to.

If you change the query definition so that the funds centers and/or commitment items are displayed hierarchically, the values for the individual FM account assignments will be added up from bottom to top. The sum of the FM account assignment values themselves and the values of those FM account assignments subordinate to it will then be displayed for each FM account assignment

The values from the commitment budget as well as the values from the annual budget are displayed in their own queries.
