Checking System Configuration

To use SAP interactive forms by Adobe, you need to have access to Adobe Document Services (ADS). The connection to ADS is provided by Web services.

Check ADS connectivity settings in the Visual Administrator tool provided with the Java server:

1. In SLD Data Supplier service, check the following configuration:

¡ HTTP Settings

¡ CIM Client Generation Settings

2. In Web Services Security,check the security settings for the ADS Web Service Clientsand the configuration of the proxy for the ADS Web service.

Recommendation

We recommend to configure the Web Service Destination using the URL SLD option rather than URL Custom.
