Free Goods Discount

Use

This key figure shows the free goods discount. In many industry sectors it is common either to provide free goods along with certain sales or not to invoice the customer for part of the goods bought.  A distinction is made between:

·        Exclusive bonus quantity: When a product is sold, the same product or a different product is also delivered free of charge. The exclusive bonus quantity is also known as the exclusive free goods discount.

·        Inclusive bonus quantity: You do not charge the customer for part of the sold product, that is, you do not charge for the whole order quantity. The inclusive bonus quantity is also known as the inclusive free goods discount.
