 Supplier Cumulative Quantity

Definition

Total quantity that the supplier (from his or her viewpoint) has already sent for a scheduling agreement item to the customer.

Use

The supplier cumulative quantity is part of the ASN. The supplier transfers the supplier cumulative quantity with the ASN to the customer. If the supplier creates an ASN manually in SAP Supply Network Collaboration (SAP SNC), he or she enters the supplier cumulative quantity manually in the ASN.

SAP SNC displays the supplier cumulative quantity in ASN processing and in release processing. In release processing, you can find supplier cumulative quantities from the following ASNs:

  • In the release history, you find the supplier cumulative quantity from the most recent ASN that is known at the time of release creation in the customer system . The customer transfers the number of this ASN with the release from the customer system to SAP SNC. SAP SNC uses this ASN number to read the ASN data and thus to determine the supplier cumulative quantity.

  • In the release details, on the cumulative quantity tab, you can find the supplier cumulative quantity from the most recent ASN that is known in SAP SNC .
