of Manually Changed Order Proposals

Use
Use this query to analyze manual changes made to automatically-created order proposals (OPs). This query shows the scale and the frequency of the changes made to the order proposals. The changes to OP quantities and release dates are captured in this query.
You can also display stock exceptions (understocks, lost sales, undelivered products and overstocks) that occurred in the days after you made changes to the specific order proposal line(s).
This information shows the results that the manual change(s) had on the supply chain process for a store or distribution center (DC). In order to display the stock exception information, you can go from the history of manually changed OPs to the stock exception query (see: Number of Stock Exceptions).
The lowest level of detail displayed in the history of manually changed OPs represent: product, location, and calendar day values (OP line item changes).
The following key figures are derived from the differences between the manually changed and automatically generated quantities and delivery dates:
- Automatically generated quantity in OP line item
- Manually changed quantity in OP line item
- Difference absolute between manually changed and automatically generated quantity
- Difference in quantity between manually changed and automatically generated quantity
- Automatically generated delivery date in OP line item
- Manually changed delivery date in OP line item
- Difference absolute between manually changed and automatically generated delivery date (in days)
You can jump to another query from a detail line or summary line of this query. You can do that, for example, to display the number of stock occurrences (understocks, lost sales, overstocks, and so forth) that occurred in the following 15 days after the OP change(s).
