Outbound Interface for Order Proposals
You use this interface to export order proposals from SAP F&R. These order proposals are a result of manual or automatic replenishment planning.
They generate orders from the exported order proposals in the follow-on system (such as an SAP Retail system). Following the export, SAP F&R changes the status of the order proposal to transferred. Once the order proposals have this status, you can no longer change them in SAP F&R.
Using the Business Add-In (/FRE/IF_CON_BADI_014), you can enrich and change the exported order proposal data. For more information, see the Implementation Guide (IMG) of Forecasting and Replenishment under .
If, in place of the SAP Retail system, you wish to connect a different purchasing system, you can use a Business Add-In (/FRE/IF_CON_BADI_016) for the system call-up. For more information, see the Implementation Guide (IMG) for Forecasting and Replenishment under .
In SAP F&R, in Customizing of the message type, you have set the RFC destination of the receiving system for message type ORDER. For more information, see the Implementation Guide (IMG) of Forecasting and Replenishment under .
You can only export released order proposals from SAP F&R.
You can transfer order proposals to the SAP Retail system or to an external purchasing system.
You call the relevant function module in SAP F&R to start the transfer. For more information, see the Overview of the Interfaces in SAP F&R.
