If the customer sends a new scheduling agreement release to SAP Supply Network Collaboration (SAP SNC), SAP SNC automatically sets the status of scheduling agreement confirmations that are no longer up-to-date to Closed . SAP SNC closes a scheduling agreement confirmation if the release schedule line to which the scheduling agreement confirmation belongs no longer exists or if the quantity or date of the release schedule line has changed. If necessary, the supplier must create new scheduling agreement confirmations for the release schedule lines. SAP SNC only displays closed confirmations in the confirmation history. Confirmations for unchanged release schedule lines remain unchanged.

If you use Extended Confirmation Management with confirmation requests , SAP SNC also closes confirmation requests if the corresponding release schedule line no longer exists or has changed. For a new or changed release schedule line, SAP SNC automatically generates a new confirmation request. This function is only relevant for certain confirmation request types .

You have activated the /SCA/BOL_REL_SCON action in the /SCA/BOL_RELEASE action profile for the /SCA/ICH application in Customizing for Supply Network Collaboration under  Tools Actions (Post Processing Framework) Define Action Profiles and Definitions . We recommend that you set Processing When Saving Document as the processing time.
