You use this interface to import procurement cycles from other systems into SAP F&R. SAP F&R requires the procurement cycle within scheduling in order to determine the order days and delivery days.

Integration

  • In order to be able to use the procurement cycle in replenishment planning, you must assign a delivery relationship to it. You can assign this assignment either interactively in SAP F&R using mass maintenance of transportation lanes for products (/FRE/MASS_TRPROD) or when you import the supply network (of external procurement data).

  • You can use the Business Add-In (/FRE/IF_CON_BADI_017) to enrich and change the imported procurement cycle data. Features

You use this interface to define, modify, and delete procurement cycles in SAP F&R. You can import the following information:

  • Procurement cycle type (for example, delivery cycle or order cycle)

  • Planned delivery time

  • Period with unit of time (daily or weekly cycle)

Activities

  1. The integrated sending system starts the transfer and calls appropriate function module for the interface in SAP F&R. For more information, see the Overview of the Interfaces in SAP F&R.

  2. You then post the data in SAP F&R.
