With the /SCA/PO_DELETE report, you can delete the following objects:

  • Purchase orders and replenishment orders in SAP Supply Network Collaboration (SAP SNC) that have the header status Delivery Completed or Closed.

  • Planned replenishment orders whose item does not contain a schedule line (corrupt planned replenishment orders)

    Caution Caution

    This report only allows you to delete orders locally in SAP SNC. SAP SNC does not send the deletion information to the back-end system of the customer or of the supplier. To archive purchase orders, you use archiving in the back-end system.

Features

You can select the orders to be deleted according to various criteria.

After deleting replenishment orders, the report can also delete empty TLB shipments. If the TLB shipments to which the replenishment orders belonged are empty after the replenishment orders are deleted (in other words, if they no longer contain any replenishment orders), the system deletes the TLB shipments also.
