Displays the number of the advanced shipping notification.

Displays the number of the advanced shipping notification item.

Item Qty

Displays the delivery quantity of the item that your supplier announced in the advanced shipping notification.

Qty UoM

Displays the unit of measure for the item quantity.

Suppl. Cum. Qty

Displays the supplier cumulative quantity, meaning the cumulative quantity delivered so far.

Suppl. Cum. Qty UoM

Displays the unit of measure for the supplier cumulative quantity.

Rec. Qty

Displays the quantity that you have received.

Rec. Qty UoM

Displays the unit of measure for the received quantity.

Ship-Fr. Location

Displays the ship-from location, namely the location of your supplier from where they deliver the product to your bill of distribution (BOD).

Ship-Fr. Loc. Desc.

Displays the name of the ship-from location.

Customer Location

Displays the customer location, namely the location in your BOD that ordered the product.

Cust. Loc. Desc.

Displays the name of the customer location.

Ship-To Location

Displays the location of your BOD to which your supplier delivers the product.

Ship-To Loc. Desc.

Displays the name of the ship-to location.

ASN Status

Displays the ASN status. Possible ASN statuses are, for example, Draft (DV), Published (PB) and Received (RC).

Header Status

Displays the header status of the advanced shipping notification. The header status of the advanced shipping notification can be Valid or Invalid, for example. If a field that exists in the ASN only, such as the supplier, is incorrect, then the header status is Invalid. The header status is also Invalid if all item statuses of the ASN have the status Invalid.

Item Status

Displays the item status. Possible item statuses are Valid, Invalid or Warning. Depending on your settings in Customizing for SAP ERP, SAP ERP checks for example whether the announced delivery quantity does not deviate too much from the purchase order quantity, and whether announced delivery date/time can be kept. It then assigns the corresponding status to the item.

Document Date

Displays the document date, meaning the date on which your supplier created the advanced shipping notification.

Shipping Date

Displays the shipping date. The shipping date displayed here results from the delivery date announced in the ASN minus the delivery time.

Delivery Date (ETA)

Displays the delivery date announced in the ASN.

Inbound Delivery No.

Displays the number of the inbound delivery.

MTr Type

Displays the type of means of transport specified in the ASN.

MTr Code

Displays the code of the means of transport specified in the ASN.

MTr ID

Displays the ID of the means of transport specified in the ASN.
