User Interface Transport 

Purpose

This process describes how you prepare your previously configured user interfaces for transport to the J2EE engine. The project transported to the design time repository (DTR), will then be available for use in your application.

Prerequisites

You must have configured and saved a UI pattern before preparing it for transport.

Process Flow

To transport UIs for use in your CAF-prepared application, complete the following process steps:

       1.      Edit and save the previously configured UI

       2.      Download the configuration from the repository backup

       3.      Upload the configuration to the repository restore

       4.      Transport the configuration files to the DTR
