Access level defines and controls the accessibility setting for objects.

Procedure

In the Object Manager panel, under the General section, choose the level in the Access Level field.

Note Note

The access levels are:

  • Application

    Objects can be accessed by all other objects under the particular application.

  • Superior Component

    Objects can be accessed by other object belonging to the same superior component.

  • Top Component

    Objects can be accessed by all other objects under the same top component.

  • SAP

    Objects can be accessed by all other objects independent of the application component, superior component and top component from within any SAP systems.

  • Global

    Objects can be accessed by all other objects independent of the application component, superior component and top component from any system outside SAP.
