Weekly Service Level Development
Technical Name: 0FRE_MC02_Q0001
This query is used to analyze the development of the actual service level – for stores and DCs - for a product / location combination, over a certain period of time.
The actual service level for a store is the percentage of time a product is available at the store for the customer to purchase. For a distribution center (DC), this key performance indicator represents the percentage of time a product is available at the DC for delivery to the store.
You can use this query to compare the actual service level reached for a product/location against the target service level defined in the master data for the product/location.
Replenishment managers can use this query to monitor the actual service level, and to take corrective action to minimize the differences between that key performance indicator, and the target service level.

You can also use the query to monitor trends as they develop, with respect to the actual service levels.
