Agentry Transmits are Slow on iOS 7Locate this document in the navigation structure

Problem

Modifying the Tomcat server sslEnabledProtocols property for each HTTP listener port should improve Agentry transmits with devices using iOS 7.

Workaround
The sslEnabledProtocols properties for Tomcat HTTP listener ports are located in <SMP_HOME>\Server\config_master\org.eclispe.gemini.web.tomcat\default-server.xml. Create a backup copy of this file before making any changes.
Note In a clustered server environment, you must update the file on each server node.
  1. In a text editor, open the default-server.xml file.
  2. In each of the lines below, replace sslEnabledProtocols="TLSv1" with sslEnabledProtocols="TLSv1,TLSv1.1,TLSv1.2":
    ...
    <Connector smpConnectorName="oneWaySSL" ...
    ...
    clientAuth="false" sslProtocol="TLS" sslEnabledProtocols="TLSv1" />
    ...
    <Connector smpConnectorName="AdminSSL" ...
    ...
    clientAuth="false" sslProtocol="TLS" sslEnabledProtocols="TLSv1" smpServiceType="admin" ...
    ...
    <Connector smpConnectorName="mutualSSL" ...
    ...
    keyAlias="smp_crt" clientAuth="true" sslProtocol="TLS" sslEnabledProtocols="TLSv1"/>
    ...
  3. Save the file and restart SAP Mobile Platform Server.
