SAP Mobile Platform supports single sign-on (SSO) authentication for
mobile clients that access data in an SAP back end by
forwarding credentials from the end user.
The credential types that you can use in SAP Mobile Platform (in preferential
- Technical User
- Basic (user name and password)
- X.509 certificate
- SSO2 token
- Custom cookies/headers
- Principal Propagation
You can specify "Allow Anonymous" for an SAP back-end connection, in which case,
SSO is performed only if you enter credentials to access the back-end system.
