Deleting Client Log Records

Delete client records from the database by performing a cleanup. This physically delete records that have already been logically deleted. Logically deleted records are not physically deleted until the client application has synchronized the logical deletion. For example, if a record was logically deleted at 1:00 am on February 27, performing a cleanup deletes the log records for client applications that synchronized after that time.

Context

You can clean up log records manually or schedule an automatic cleanup. You can also manually run the scheduled cleanup.

Note Clean log records when client activity it at its lowest level. Clients cannot synchronize while a cleanup transaction is executing.
