Enter your customer data in the
Customer Address
tab.
This data appears in the Service Level Report cover page.

Select a field and enter the data.
Specify the format of the first page in the report, in the
Report Front Page Customizing
tab.
Specify the format of the header and footer in the
Report Header/Footer Customizing
tab.
Specify when, and how often, the report is to be automatically created, in the
Scheduling of SL Report
tab.

every 2 months
