Procedure

An owner represents the person responsible for an object, for example, a developer responsible for a particular application. A contract represents an existing contract, for example, a maintenance contract. You assign owners and contracts to custom objects.

In the Library Definition view, you can create, edit, and delete owners and contracts. Proceed as follows:

  1. On the Contracts or Owners tab page, choose Edit.

  2. Choose Create Attribute.

  3. In the dialog box, if necessary, enter relevant values and confirm your selection.

    The system displays an Edit icon next to the attribute or indicates that it can be changed.
