You must configure IT Service Management in SAP Solution Manager to be able to use it.

Prerequisites

  • You are authorized for SAP Solution Manager Configuration.

  • You have made preparatory configuration settings in the SAP Solution Manager Configuration Mandatory Configuration and Managed Systems Configuration scenarios.

Features

  • SAP Solution Manager Configuration (SOLMAN_SETUP)

    You make the most important settings for IT Service Management in SAP Solution Manager Configuration (transaction SOLMAN_SETUP) in the IT Service Management scenario. For more information, see Configuration with SAP Solution Manager Configuration.

  • Customizing
