As well as dashboards, SAP delivers various apps which you can put in your own dashboard. They are:
App (category) | Description |

(operations) | This app shows the availability of managed systems during a selected period. You can adjust the availability period and the systems whose availability is shown, in the app configuration. |
(operations) | This app shows the performance of managed systems during a selected period. You can adjust the period to which the performance values relate and the systems whose performance is shown, in the app configuration. |
(operations) | This app shows the performance and availability of your monitored objects in User Experience Monitoring. They show the technical scenarios, robots, locations or scripts whose performance or availability do not fulfill your requirements, in one view. |
(operations) | The app shows the Data Volume Management index value for selected systems and a selected time period. The app calculates the DVM index, also called DVM key performance indicator (KPI), as the ratio of business volume growth to the technical landscape growth. |
Data Volume Management Achievements App (operations) | The app gives an overview of what you have already achieved by implementing data reduction measures. It displays the system data and the archiving history. |
App: Several Metrics for One Managed Object (Monitoring & Alerting Infrastructure) | This app displays several Monitoring and Alerting Infrastructure metrics or events, such as the status of the CPU or file systems, or paging on a host, for a managed object. |
App: One Metrik for Several Managed Objects (Monitoring & Alerting Infrastructure) | This app displays a metric or event, such as the availability of your most important ABAP systems, for managed objects. |
(IT Service Management) | These IT Service Management apps show aspects such as the number of open transactions, or the mean processing time. There are the following apps:

To show one of these apps, put it in your own dashboard, as follows.
In the SAP Easy Access menu, call
.From the list in the Restrictions
screen, choose Web-Dynpro Applications
.
On the Web Dynpro Application
screen, in the Web Dynpro Application
field, enter the name generic_dashboard_viewer.
Enter a description, for example My Dashboard.
Insert a row in the table Parameters
, in the Name
column, enter ALIAS, and enter PERSONAL_DASHBOARD in the Value column.
Call your personal dashboard in the SAP Easy Access menu (see above).
To put the app in the dashboard, go to configuration mode by choosing Configure
.
Choose Add New App
, choose an app in a category, and choose OK
.
The configuration mode of the app is called (see Configuring Dashboards); make your configuration settings.
Your changes are only permanently saved when you choose Save Dashboard
