Connecting System Clusters

To enable transports between system clusters you need to define transport routes between the clusters. This is done in the same way as for systems.

To connect clusters, start Transport Management System (transaction STMS) in your central CTS server.
In the menu choose Overview Transport Routes .
Configure the transport routes for the system cluster just as you would for individual systems. That is, define a consolidation transport route from the development cluster to the quality cluster and a delivery transport route from the quality cluster to the production cluster.

These transport routes determine the transport process of transport collections.

To define the transport process for transport requests of the individual systems, you must also define the import targets of the individual systems.
