To open the usage analysis overview, on the launchpad, choose Business Process Operations. In the Related Links screen area, choose Maintain BPO Reporting Infrastructure. Then choose the Usage Analysis tab.

You can activate logging of usage data and define the retention time by choosing Adjust/Display Settings.

You can see the users who used key figures and dashboards and how often key figures and dashboards are used.

You can sort and filter the lists and export them to Microsoft Excel.
