The dashboard for the IT Service Management category in the Dashboard Builder provides the corresponding status of incidents, problems and changes, so you can display and analyze the behavior of incidents, problems and changes in one panel.

The following tiles exist in the dashboard:

Description

Backlog

This tile displays the quantity of current open incidents, problems and changes in column chart with different priorities. So the user can find out how many incidents, problems and changes of which priority have not been closed.

Total Recording Time

This tile displays the total recording time of incidents, problems and changes in days in pie chart, as well as their percentage. So the user can find out how much time was spent for incidents, problems and changes in the current month, and the ratio compared to each other.

MPT/IRT Compliance for incidents

This tile displays the maximum processing time (MPT) compliance and initial response time (IRT) compliance of incidents in the current month. So the user can find out the ratio of the incidents which meet MPT/IRT in all incidents.

Average Duration

This tile displays the average processing time of incidents, problems and changes in days in column chart in the current month. So the user can find out the time spent while processing the incidents, problems and changes in average separately.
