Transport-related checks include the following checks:
Cross-system object lock (CSOL) check
Downgrade protection (DGP) check
Critical object check
ABAP test cockpit (ATC) check
Code inspector check
Customer-specific check (BAdI implementation)
The checks are performed in a unified way. They are centrally executed and displayed on a unified UI.
To turn on or off the various checks, the following information leads you to the correct locations:
CSOL and downgrade protection checks can be turned on/off in SAP Solution Manager Configuration (transaction SOLMAN_SETUP)
Critical object check can be turned on/off in the Administration Cockpit.
ABAP test cockpit check can be turned on/off in the managed system.
Code inspector check can be turned on/off in the managed system.
Custom-specific checks are under control of the customer's BAdI implementation.
