Reassigning Change Transactions: Statuses and Change Cycle Phases

You can reassign change transactions to other change cycles if the change transactions have the following statuses:

Normal Change	E0001	Created
	E0002	In Development
	E0004	To be Tested
	E0009	Successfully Tested (only for central CTS-enabled change cycles)
Defect Correction	E0002	In Correction
	E0004	To be Retested
	E0001, E0003, E0004, E0011, E0012, E0014, E0016	All statuses that are not final support the reassignment of change transactions
Urgent Change	Not relevant	Not relevant
Request for Change	E0004, E0015, E0011	Approved
	E0015	In Implementation
	E0011	Extending Scope

To allow the reassignment of change transactions, the target change cycles need to be in the phases listed below:
