In previous releases, you navigated to the landscape management database (LMDB) using the transaction LMDB or the SAP Solution Manager Administration work center. Now you can use the Landscape Management tile in the launchpad.

Technical System Search Variants - Maintenance in the SAP Solution Manager launchpad

You can use this new function to create search variants for technical systems, hosts, databases, and technical scenarios. These variants are automatically provided in some SAP Solution Manager applications, for example, in the EarlyWatch Alert Management scenario of SAP Solution Manager Configuration.
