You have:
Set up a connection to SAP Service Marketplace to order services from SAP

If you accept the service, SAP sends you a Service Request
.
The service request is carried out by SAP or another service provider.
A service can comprise several Sessions
.
At the end of the session, a Session Report
is created.
The Session Report
analyzes existing issues and identifies any new issues.
SAP creates an action plan that suggests Tasks
whose performance could resolve the (top) issues.
You can also create Support Requests, if you cannot perform the Tasks
yourself.
