Function documentationAlert Inbox

The alert inbox gives you an overview of your alerts (number of open alerts, status of alerts). You have a list of alerts for the business process steps of a solution. You can filter the alerts by criteria.

When you select an alert, the system displays detailed information for the business context under tab pages:

  • Alert list

  • Monitoring activities

  • Thresholds

  • Configuration

  • Monitoring Schedule

  • Email, SMS

  • Incident

When you have analyzed the cause of the alert, you can, for example, send a support message, or confirm that the alert has been handled.
