Function documentationManaging Maintenance Dependencies (Product Systems)

 

As of SAP Solution Manager 7.2, the entity previously called "product system" is no longer used in SAP Solution Manager.

Dependencies between technical systems and installed product instances are now managed with the maintenance planner in SAP Support Portal. This is relevant to calculate stack XML files for updates, upgrades, and new installations.

Activities

To start the maintenance planner, go to https://apps.support.sap.com/sap/support/mpInformation published on SAP site.
