Object documentationApplication Operations Dashboard – User Experience Overview

The dashboards for the Operations category in the Dashboard Builder provide a quick overview of the availability and performance of your managed systems.

One such dashboard is the User Experience Overview, which displays the performance and availability from User Experience Monitoring during selected intervals in two tiles. When configuring these tiles, you can, adjust the underlying scenarios, robots, locations, or scripts according to your requirements. The Integration section below tells you how to perform the configuration. They show the technical scenarios, robots, locations or scripts whose performance or availability do not fulfill your requirements, in one view.

The following tiles exist in the dashboard:

  • SLA scenario performance, which displays the performance of the selected scenarios, robots, locations, or scripts in a column chart. It displays the average proportion of the steps, for example, of the scenario or robot for which the response time status is green. The performance for the current month, the previous 3 months, and the mean value for the 12 months before the previous 3 months is displayed.

  • SLA scenario availability, which displays the availability of the selected scenarios, robots, locations, or scripts in a column chart. It displays the average availability, for example, of the scenario or robots, as a percentage of the overall script executions. The performance for the current month, the previous 3 months, and the mean value for the 12 months before the previous 3 months is displayed.

Both tiles contain a generic analytics application as a detailed view, with which you can specify the values to be displayed in the rows, columns, and drilldowns and which filters are to be set.

Note Note

End of the note.
