Procedure

Using Graphical View
  1. Navigate to the graphical view of the PI domain.

  2. Perform one of the following:

    Purpose

    Action

    To request for support

    1. In Navigation Links, choose Start of the navigation path Create Next navigation step Create Incident Ticket End of the navigation path.

    2. In the support message, enter the required data.

    3. Save your entries.

    To share the status of PI domain with another user

    1. In Navigation Links, choose Start of the navigation path Create Next navigation step Create Notification End of the navigation path.

    2. In the notification message, enter the required data.

    3. Send the notification.

    For further analysis

    Navigate to Component Monitor, Channel Monitor, or Message Monitor.

    For a detailed analysis

    1. In Navigation Links, choose Navigate to.

    2. Select a local monitor.

      The list of tools that appear varies based on the component type you select.

    To analyze the status of systems

    Navigate to System Monitoring

    To view the alerts raised for the problem

    Navigate to Alert Inbox

Using Tabular View
  1. Navigate to the tabular view of the PI domain.

  2. Select the component.

  3. Perform one of the following:
