 Tiles

 

The main view in the Total Quality Manager work place consists of tiles which provide information about the different parts of your project. The default tiles provided by SAP link to views that allow you to access and work with the information contained in your SAP Solution Manager projects, project management (PM) projects, and engagement cycles. You can add further tiles to meet the needs of your project.

Application Landscape

In this view, you can see a graphical representation of your application landscape. You can open your Business Blueprint directly from this view to edit the graphic. You can then export the graphic to an HTML format and save it. In addition you can upload, view, and download documents that are relevant to your application landscape. This information is stored in your SAP Solution Manager project.

Business Processes

In this view, you can see each of your business processes, including which the scenario they belong to, your business needs, and their priority value. To graphically display which business process steps your business processes use and which component is required to perform them, select a business process from the list. You can filter the view by business process scenario and can open your Business Blueprint directly. In addition, you can upload, view, and download documents that are relevant to your business processes. This information is stored in your SAP Solution Manager project.

Dashboards

In this view, you see dashboards that display information about your projects. The following dashboards are available:

Trends

This dashboard shows the issues, Top Issues, and request that are made per week and shows the number of functional gaps assigned to your SAP Solution Manager projects. It also shows the overall status of your project by displaying the number of complete and open issues left in your project.

Status per Work Stream

This dashboard shows issues and work package information.

Top Issues

This dashboard shows all Top Issues from all of your Project Management projects

Validation Dashboard

This dashboard includes all Validation dashboard interfaces and you can use it to assess scalability, performance, and data consistency issues.

Development Requirements

In this view, you can view and create functional gap reports. This allows SAP to see which functions are available as standard functions. You can also create requests for change for functions which are not offered as standard by SAP. In addition, you can access your Business Blueprint directly from this view. In order to create functional gap reports, you must integrate Change Request Management into your projects. This information is stored in your SAP Solution Manager project.

Issues

In this view, you access the Issues view of the SAP Engagement and Service Delivery work center. Issues can be assigned to a Top Issue, solution, project, business process, scenario, or system. An issue is a problem that interrupts, or could interrupt, production.

Object Relationships

This view allows you to see how the elements that make up your project relate to each other. It shows the main SAP Solution Manager project, which engagement cycles relate to which PM project, and which phases are in your project management project.

Overview

This view shows you an overview of your business processes and business process steps as well as the requirements, issues, Top Issues, test cases and development needs that you assigned them. By clicking the relevant symbol, you can quickly see the documentation that is attached to these entries in your Business Blueprint. This information is stored in you SAP Solution Manager project.

Project Deliverables

In this view, you can see the information that you specified when creating the project. You can make changes to the Project ID and Titles and can assign and edit engagement cycles, project management projects, cases, and languages.

Project Organization

In this view, you can upload, view, download, and delete documents specifying your organizational model. You can filter this information by engagement cycle. This information is stored in your PM projects.

Project Plan

In this view, you can see a Gantt chart displaying the PM projects that your SAP Solution Manager project is comprised of. This information is stored in your PM projects. Changing the information in this view, changes the Delivery Progress Reporting dashboard. For more information, see Delivery Progress Reporting Dashboard.

Project Scope

In this view, you write a scope summary and a status summary for your PM projects, as well as upload documents to your projects as attachments. When you open your project in SAP Portfolio and Project Management, the scope summary is displayed on the Basic Data tab, in the Project Description field and the status summary is displayed as the most recent note on the Notes tab.

Reports

In this view, you can upload, view, download, and delete reports. This information is contained in your Business Blueprint in your SAP Solution Manager project.

Report Templates

In this view, you can upload, view , download, and delete report templates. This information is contained in your Business Blueprint in your SAP Solution Manager project.

Roadmaps

In this view, you can view all available roadmaps which are assigned to your Business Blueprint and view each phase in Roadmap - SAP Solution Manager (transaction RMMAIN). This information is stored in your SAP Solution Manager project.

Technical Landscape

In this view, In addition you can upload, view, and download documents that are relevant to your technical landscape. This information is contained in your Business Blueprint in your SAP Solution Manager project.

Test Management

This view launches the Test Management work center. For more information, see Test Management Work Center.
