If you perform a semi-automated service, the system collects the data required by the analysis, in a preparation session. This preparation session is performed in a guided procedure. A link to this guided procedure is provided via e-mail to the account contact. You can also define one or more recipients to receive a service session report preview as HTML version via e-mail. For both features ensure that the e-mail function in SAP Solution Manager is active.
