Adjust Test Scope for Executable Variants
If you use executable variants, you can optimize the test scope so that only the affected variants are taken into account.
Prerequisites
You have created test cases for the executable variants.
You have assigned the test cases to test objects.
You have created dynamic TBOMs for all executable variants.
Procedure
Show the
Optimization Options
display area.Choose the
Test Case Options
tab.Select the
Only With Assignment to Test Object if Available
checkbox.The system only includes test cases with an assigned test object in the test scope. As each executable variant is assigned as a test object to test cases, only the test cases of the affected executable variants are included in the test scope.
