This dashboard shows the system landscape information that is stored in the Landscape Management Database (LMDB) and logical components. The following entities are evaluated, for example:

  • Hosts

  • Technical systems, databases

  • Technical scenarios

  • Product systems

  • Logical components

  • External services

  • Diagnostics agents

  • Installed software

Note Note

To prevent orphaned landscape information which is no longer relevant, from being displayed, run the following reports in transaction SA38:

  • RLMDB_CLEANUP_INST_SOFTWARE (to delete obsolete installed software information)

  • RLMDB_CLEANUP_TECH_INSTANCES (to delete obsolete technical instance information)

Start LMDB Dashboards:

  1. In your SAP Solution Manager system, start transaction LMDB.

  2. On the Overview tab, choose Landscape Dashboard.

  3. The following dashboard apps are predefined by SAP and displayed by default:

  4. To display further apps, choose Add New App and select from the following apps:

Integration

The following user roles are required:

  • SAP_SM_DASHBOARDS_DISP to display all dashboards in SAP Solution Manager

  • or SAP_SM_DASHBOARDS_DISP_LMDB to display only LMDB-specific dashboards

  • SAP_SM_DASHBOARDS_ADMIN to edit dashboards and the dashboard framework in SAP Solution Manager
