  • Job Requests

  • Job Documentation

  • External Scheduler Management

  • SAP Scheduler Management

  • Task Inbox

Note Note

You can set the refresh rate for the overview by using the Page Update Settings link.

Job Requests

In this view, you can display, edit, and create job requests. The standard queries allow you to easily view and edit the job requests that you created or that are assigned to you for processing.

From the list of job requests, you can open the linked CRM document (incident or request for change) in the WebClient UI for further processing.

For more information, see Job Requests.

Job Documentation

In this view, you can display, edit, and create job documentation.

When you select job documentation in the list, the system displays job details below, including job steps, basic business information, and scheduling information. You can open the job documentation to view or edit complete details.

For more information, see Job Documentation.

Monitoring

The Monitoring view has the following subviews:

  • Alert Inbox

Displays job alerts generated by business process monitoring.

    End of the note.
  • Job Monitoring

In this view, you can track the status of all metrics of technical job monitoring objects, independently of the alert creation. For this purpose, for each active technical monitoring object, it provides a list with the metric data for previous data collector runs.

For more information on job monitoring activities and configuration, see Job Monitoring.
