You can process the results of the project analysis in various ways, including: This includes:

sum numeric columns and show subtotals (only in table display)

Exporting evaluation results to Microsoft Excel
Proceed as follows:
Choose
Sort in Ascending Order
or
Sort in Descending Order
in the evaluation list.
The system lists all fields available.
Put fields from the field list in the sort fields list. The field sequence is significant.
The top sort field in the
Sort Fields
list is the first sort criterion.
Choose
Copy
.
The analysis list is sorted as defined.
Proceed as follows:
In the analysis list, select the headers of all columns that you want to filter.
Choose
Set Filter
.
You select filter criteria from among the columns that you have selected.
Enter a value or a term as your filter criterion.
You can specify a restriction interval with the
Multiple Selection
symbol. You can use relational operators.
Choose
Continue
.
The list is filtered according to your criteria.
To remove your filter, choose
Delete Filter
.
Proceed as follows:
In the analysis list, select the headers of all columns that you want to sum.
Choose
Sum Values
.
A new row is appended to the list, with the totals of the selected columns.
You can calculate subtotals for sorted columns.
Proceed as follows:
Select the header of a column in the analysis list that contains values that
cannot
be summed, such as the
Project team members
column.
Choose
Subtotal
.
The system displays a new row after each change in the column selected, that shows the subtotals of the values added up previously.
You adjust the layout of the evaluation result through
Current Display Variant
. You can save this layout as a display variant, for reuse at a later date.
Proceed as follows:
Choose
Save
Enter a name and a description for your display variant.
Set the
User-Specific
checkbox if the display variant is not to be available to other users.
Specify whether you also want to save the sort and subtotals criteria in your display variant.
Confirm your entries.
Your settings are saved as a display variant. To display it again later, choose
Select
.
You can navigate to the project view for a project selected in the analysis list. Proceed as follows:
Select a project in the evaluation list by positioning the cursor in the corresponding line and double-click.
You can use the project view as usual and change it as required.
Choose
Back
to return to the analysis list.
If you change the project view, you must perform your analysis again.
Proceed as follows:
Choose
Local File
.
Select the list/table save format.
Specify the file name and directory in which you want to save the analysis results.
Note
Specify the file name extension explicitly.
Save your entries.
You can export the analysis results directly to MS Excel for editing. Proceed as follows:
Choose
Table Calculation.
Choose
Table
and
Microsoft Excel
in the following dialog box.
You can save the exported table.
