Delivery Progress Reporting Dashboard

The Delivery Progress Report dashboard displays information about your SAP Solution Manager projects, PM projects, CRM cases, and engagement cycles. You can update the information in this dashboard in the SAP Engagement and Service Delivery work center. This section describes the corresponding fields.

Launching the Dashboard

You can launch the dashboard from the SAP Engagement and Service Delivery work center or from the Technical Quality Manager work place.

To open the dashboard from the work center, in the Overview view, in the Engagement and Benefits sub-view, choose the Project tab, and choose Open.
To launch the dashboard from the TQM work place, choose the Dashboards tile, and select Work Stream and Quality Gates Overview.

Editing the Dashboard

You can edit the data displayed in the dashboard from the SAP Engagement and Service Delivery work center or from the TQM work place.

To edit the dashboard in the work center, in the Overview view, in the Engagement and Benefits sub-view, choose the Project tab, and choose Open.
To edit the dashboard in the TQM work place. Choose the Project Information tile and choose Open.

Project Details

The following table specifies a field in the Delivery Process Reporting Dashboard and the corresponding field in the SAP Engagement and Service Delivery Project tab.

Delivery Progress Reporting Dashboard Information	Description
Project	This is the name of the project you selected. You edit this on the Basic Data tab.
Severity	This is the status of the project. To edit this, on the Basic Data tab, choose Status Management, and select a severity.
Work Stream	These are the phases of your project. To create a new entry in the work stream, create a new phase in the SAP Engagement and Service Delivery work center.
Management Summary	This is the most recent note attached to the project. To edit this field, on the Notes tab, write a new current note.
Project Description	A short description of your project. You edit this on the Basic Data tab.
Quality Check	These are the quality gates that you have assigned to your phases. To create a new quality gate, create a new task. You must select the Quality Gate task type and indicate that this task is a Milestone.
Issue Statistics	You can filter the details of your statistics according to date or work stream.

Work Stream Details

To view the individual phases of your work stream, launch the dashboard and choose an item from the list of work stream elements.

Delivery Progress Reporting Dashboard Information	Description
Project	This is the name of the project that the work stream belongs to. You edit this in the project details.
Work stream	This is the name of the work stream phase you selected. You edit this on the Basic Data tab.
Overview	A short description of your phase. You edit this field on the Basic Data tab.
Responsible	The name of the person assigned as responsible person. You can edit this information in the Basic Data tab. Note To view responsible persons in the dashboard, you must first create a role on the Resources tab. End of the note.
Summary	This is the most recent note attached to this phase of the work stream. To edit this field, on the Notes tab, write a new current note.
Next Steps	The tasks assigned to your phases. To create a new step, choose Create New Task.
Issue Tasks	The tasks that form the mitigation plan for the issues assigned to your project. You can add new tasks in the SAP Engagement and Service Delivery work center, in the Issues view and assign the task to your PM project.
