Prerequisites

You are specified as the business process expert in a TBOM recording work item.

Procedure

  1. Use the link that you received by e-mail to open your TBOM worklist.

  2. Select the TBOM recording work item that you want to complete.

  3. Optional: Enter a comment.

  4. Choose Complete.

    The recording work item disappears from your worklist. In the standard configuration, the system notifies the quality expert by e-mail that the item has been completed.

Result

The system sets the status of the item to Completed. The quality expert now needs to check the TBOM recorded and confirm the item.
