Procedure documentationSorting Objects

You can sort the objects in the result list to view the objects that you want to work with. You can use either the sorting features in the navigation view or the filter options. For example, you can view the objects that have the status Used, or some other criteria. To filter the result list, choose the Set Filter icon. You specify the filter criteria that you want to use, for example The Object is Used, and a value for the filter criteria. You can use input help to view possible filter criteria values.

Example Example

You want to view a list of the objects that are used, and are of type program. Choose the Set Filter icon. Specify the following filter criteria: Object Type and The Object is Used. Enter the values PROG and X to restrict the filter to program objects, and used objects respectively. Alternatively, you can choose Used Objects from the function view and sort the list by column “is used”. You can also find the count of the used objects that are of type program. Select the column Counter, and choose Total.

End of the example.
