Procedure documentation Saving the List to a Local File  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

You can save the contents of a list to a local file, using one of the following formats:

Procedure

  1. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text → Local file.

    2. If you are working with the full-screen mode, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text, or choose List → Export → Local file.

  2. On the Save List to File screen, choose one of the formats listed above.
  3. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  4. On the Save List to Local File screen, enter the path and name of the file where you want the system to write the data.
  5. Choose Transfer.
