Prerequisites

You have selected the Test Repository as an additional browser in the ABAP Workbench, to be able to call the Test Repository from there:

       1.      Choose Sie Object Navigator (SE80) Utilities Settings Workbench Generaltab.

       2.      Select Test Repository.

       3.      Copy the changes.

The ABAB Workbench has a Test Repository pushbutton.

Procedure

Call Test Repository

To call the Test Repository:

·        Choose Test Test Workbench Test Repository, in the SAP Easy Access menu.

·        Choose Test Repository in the Object Navigator (SE80).

Create Favorites

You can create favorites in the context menu. Create a subfolder in the favorites before copying e.g. test cases into your favorites by Drag&Drop.

Create Test Objects

...

       1.      Select the test object type in the navigation structure.

       2.      Create a test object in the context menu.

       3.      Enter the required data at the right-hand side of the screen.

       4.      Save your entries.

Change component assignment of test objects

To assign a test object with Unknown Component to the correct component:

...

       1.      Select a test object.

       2.      Choose Change in the context menu.

       3.      Change the component in the test case attributes.

The system removes the test object from Unknown Component, and puts it under the new component in the navigation structure.

Restrict display

Note

You can restrict the display of test objects with the Change Test Object Display pushbutton, to improve performance.

Result

You have created new test objects or changed existing ones.

You can put your test cases in a Test Catalog.
